I have trouble with that area even with my Parker 24C DE! I found a diagonal pass from the jawbone towards my ear going towards the Adams Apple seems to work well with the SR and DE for that area.

Thanks guys, I tried some of the stuff you guys recommended, and I think I'm getting that angle down now. Its like a windshield wiper motion almost. That seems to be hitting most of that spot. Not completely, but at least I'm getting most of it now.
