    I'll probably try it tonight, mainly because I've entertaining myself lately using Williams as a base lather and adding stuff to it.

    I have a hunch it will take a buttload of S Secret to be noticeable based on last night's experiment adding patchouli essential oil.

    I routinely add SS to my post shave balm- this week its Jergens shea butter lotion with a pinch of Proraso red pre shave cream and about 5 drops of SS.

    There's really no substitute for good angle and light pressure, imho.

    I have never mixed it with my lather but I have tried it and I can take it or leave it. I bought this stuff when I bought my shavette in the hopes that it would make using it a bit less abrasive. In reality I found my technique sucked and after curing those issues did not really need it. Now I just make my own shave oil. I don't mind the menthol smell and it serves its purpose just found that I can make something I find to be better and less expensive.
