Hair grows at a consistent rate. Whether you shave or not won't change the growth rate. That's an urban myth that shaving alters that.
Wrinkles and bags in the skin are structural changes. There are some chemicals that can make things look better or provide very temporary effects but in the end only plastic surgery or a face lift can really eliminate them and even that is temporary.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

I don't know about shaving hair, but for removing age lines the Heller-Vixen file will do the deed .......
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I drag the tip across some glass. Like stated before just dull the tip no need to remove metal.
