Welcome to SRP. In the tattoo business we always said good tattoos are not cheap, and cheap tattoos are not good. A generalization true, but one that holds true nonetheless. The same can be said for many things, especially straight razors.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Since you asked for advice I'll give it to you. Don't buy it. Buy a quality razor instead.

As above.
I'd avoid both the razor & the dealer.

Go check out the classified section here as mentioned above I just looked and there are some good razors in the $50 range that would serve you far better than any gold dollar!

Thanked: 369Yeah, I'd heed the old: "You get what you pay for" and "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is."
Buy quality, you may suffer from temporary buyers remorse, but at the end of the day you'll be glad that you did.

Wow - after being on a hiatus for a while, I have to admit seeing Gold Dollar's still being sold a little surprising. How ... disappointing.
