I don't even know how to respond to your previous comment. Your logic and understanding of what harassment is is so mind boggling.

I am in no way religious and in fact the religion part is irrelevant but your implication regarding allowing gay men near boys is quite a claim. Would you be worried about straight priests being around children of the oppposite sex.

And just because a woman is not "offended" by a lewd comment, does not mean it is not harassment.

I've been in especially sports bars where men have made inappropriate comments to waitresses. Unless the comments are really offensive, waitresses almost always blow them off as men being men. They haven't seemed to be offended. If they're not offended, there's no harassment violation.

Many sports bars waitresses wear revealing clothes in order to get big tips and attract men to their places of employment. Waitresses depend upon tips. However, their uniforms do not justify offensive comments. I was in a bar where a drunk dude reached up a waitress's skirt and grabbed her butt. He was 86'd, but she did not allege harassment. She figured it was business cost. She knew that her revealing outfit brought her big tips.

I'm on the fence about hiring women if they would disrupt the concept of a men's lounge. But then again, EEOC might force me to hire women. EEOC forced the Catholic Church to not discriminate against gay priests. Even the most obtuse could have predicted the outcome of hiring gay priests and giving them access to young boys. The point is EEOC has taken entrepreneur discretion out of business owners hands, mandating how business must operate. I believe that the marketplace should determine how businesses operate.

I see absolutely nothing wrong with a business that caters to only men. Women's spas cater to only women. I don't think that women's spas allow men, which would be obvious since women are often not dressed while they're being pampered.
Love your concept and would certainly join such a fraternity! The struggles that you may encounter could be many with all of the factions that you listed.

Like I said, I do wish you the best of luck as you pursue your dream. Let no one stand in the way of your dream. Just remember, sometimes dreams can turn into nightmares if you're not careful.
