I do a 2 pass shave everyday, sometimes on Sunday morning I,ll got for the full 3 pass, but as Steel said f my blade us right, there's not really anything to get after the first pass, my second is just a touch up. I do an ATG. For my first, my irritation comes from the blade being slightly dull or my technique. Tc

I shave 5 days a week but one of those will usually be with the Atra because I've over slept and or don't have the time I need to focus with the SR.

Me, I don't think I could get by with a single pass using the straight. Gotta do two passes.

I was working cattle on a friend's farm and tried to use my body to push it into the corral. It knocked me on my butt.

There is nothing to cut after the first pass.

I am going to open myself up to many remarks but I have hugged many cows.....They didn't care if I was BBS.

You opened the door Tim, but I'm not running through it. BBS doesn't matter when you're hugging some cows

2.5 to 3 full passes daily here. A single pass just would not knock the grey stuff down enough.

The hollows in my neck were the most sensitive, (the hair grows like a wire brush that's been run over by a steam roller). But I found that at the right angle of attack, no irritation. Its also the only time I use my non dominate hand for shaving.

The plumber was visiting last night and this morning so I didn't have a chance to shave today. Hopefully I'll get a shave in this evening for consecutive days of shaving. My plan is to do a one pass of WTG strokes.

I ended up shaving yesterday evening, making for two consecutive days of straight shaves. The WTG pass was not sufficient. I ended up doing a second WTG pass around the mouth and chin. Spots where the beard is thicker (jawline, hollows of neck) still had a bit of stubble.

Irritation was minimal after the shave and I have none today. I suspect this is since I only did WTG passes. I'm thinking about trying this again with a different razor to see if there is a difference. The Wosty I used last night is pretty smooth but doesn't have as keen an edge as some others in the rotation.
