Thread: Shaving Every Day

I am a daily shaver. I never do more than two passes which seems to work well for me. When I have done just one pass due to time constraints I always regret fairly soon after I get to work.

I am a daily (with very few exceptions) shaver. My usual is two passes, generally N-S and then S-N. Sometimes I will do some touch ups XTG but that is usually about the lather rather than the razor, I think. If I feel any irritation after my shave, I use Witch Hazel before my Aftershave and I rarely have any problems after that. Once and a while, i will touch up a few spots with a Schick Injector. When I need to do that it is usually a sign that I need to do a refresh on the razor that I used that day.

When I was working, I was a daily three pass shaver. Retired July 8th and have been working at looking like my avatar ever since. Actually getting pretty close. My razors, brushes and strops are still out in my bathroom getting dusted weekly and waiting for their next use.
