I know in Colorado, A raffle can only be done by a non-profit organization. Well, Its not-profit to SRP and the funds go to a donation to a charity so I can't see how we would be breaking any laws.
But this is just my understanding of it. I've been known to be wrong once in a while. It's just Sharpening, right?

Actually, SRP is not a non-profit.
There is more to being a non profit than simply not making a profit It is a defined legal status with certain rights and duties. Nothing we do or did would qualify.
However, if the money does go directly to movember, which is a non profit, then it will be ok.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.
