Thread: movember extra drive

Hi guys, long time no see

Look, I was thinking that perhaps we could do a tiny bit extra to possibly boost both the fine movement that is Movember and at the same time perhaps get the forum activity a tad up.
With that in mind I was thinking that perhaps I could donate a custom razor for some kind of movember-contest on here?

If this is not kosher, the mods can just close or delete this thread.

As some of the more seasoned members might remember, custom razors used to be my thing and I have way too many..

I'd be happy to donate a custom razor for this, say a Max Sprecher, Robert Williams, Tim Zowada or what have you.

What do you think guys, would that be of interest?

It's a very honorable cause and I'd love to see us rally to get as much as we can to raise awareness for men's health.

As you know the staff will have to approve it but I don't see a problem.

That sounds like a great idea Birnardo. I’m curious what you have in mind for the contest.

That is very generous and I think could add to making Movember more fun and more popular

I haven't really thought all that much about excactly what could be done, but here's a few of the razors that could be used as a prize if you guys want to. As to which one to choose, I'd leave that up to the you guys.
Naturally, I will hone it up on my favorite hone progression and send it to the winner, or to the one responsible for the drive this year if that is preferred.

Which one would you guys think would be appropriate?
Here is a couple Robert Williams, a couple Joe Chandler's, a Mastro Live, a Dobson and a Tim Zowada damascus one.
There are more to choose from, but I thought maybe one of these would do the trick?

Or perhaps this could be used as a side-prize to the one recruiting the most members to join in?

It's your decision since it's your razors. Any of them would be fine. I'd just coordinate with Dieseld since he's ramrodding the Movember event.
