From bearded back to clean shaven
After sporting a full beard for close to a year, I decided to shave it off this week. Here are my observations on what I was missing out on when bearded.
1) Exfoliation: I have dry skin, and the skin under my beard was very dry regardless of all the beard oil I would use. Shaving my face daily was instrumental at keeping my skin exfoliated and in good shape.
2) Meditation: My morning shaving ritual was my daily meditation, something that I found helped gather my thoughts and keep my focused. It's nice to have that routine back.
3) Faceturbation: No further explanation required.

Well personally speaking, its all about the faceterbating for me. But just like they said would happen, now I’ve got hair growing on the palms of my hands.
Lol. Welcome back. I never thought about how a beard might have kept a face dry!David
