DETHKLOK! Awesome album.
I might add Muse to my playlist. I really dig their Black Holes and Revelations album.

I guess I am out of sync with the rest of you as I prefer silence when I am shaving!

Thanked: 0Yesterday, I had that $#@&*?! jingle from freecreditreport.com stuck in my head. I am now deeply scarred both physically and emotionally. Typically, though, if I shave at night, it's the high energy sounds of my 5 year old (he's good about respecting the shaving space). If I shave in the morning, I try to listen to the news.

I usually shave in silence. Also because I usually shave at night when the kids are already in bed.
If I put on music, it is
Rammstein
Rage Against the Machine
Bodycount
Sirania
Or even better: my collection of 80's and 90's music mix tapes which make me remember the time I was young and stupid.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 1212I shave in silence. I like to hear the sound of the blade. If I would listen to music while shaving, some easy classical music, like Mozart, would suite me.
I do like to listen to music while honing, or during restoration work.
Some favorites:
Keith Jarret
Van Morrison
Tom Waits
Neil Young
Nice thread,
Kind regards,
Bart.

This morning it was Hindemith's Symphonic Metamorphosis. Tomorrow maybe a little Boris Godunov. Friday probably the Kreutzer Sonata.

Thanked: 1587I normally shave in silence too, but just recently I've been listening to Kings of Leon.

^^^ Haven't heard it, but that got me thinking that the soundtrack to Les Miserable would be killer!!!
