Thanked: 235Here is my attempt at make a Coochie razor. It is a Goerge Wostenholm & Son Celebrated IXL that had a crack in the toe. I put it back in its original scales after shortening them. I also reshaped the toe in a similar barbers notch like the amputated toe.
If anyone is interested, this razor is currently up for sale in the classifieds.

That's lovely Nathan, I've planning something similar for a while with one of my polish razors. I really should get round to that.

I like shaving as much as anyone, but my lady and I agree that somethings are just meant to have hair on them.
A natural pelt for me anyday!

Well really X!!
Gents/Nathan we have over 20 lady members here, plus the guys who's SO's are not members but want to give the straights a go. Yes there is a demand for the smaller blades and would like to remind you that the armpits are just as tricky to try and shave with a straight as the coochie.
Now yesterday I had the good fortune of meeting someone who has a forge, we got talking about shiney's and he has recently been trying to get the hang of damask. Needless to say he now has the link for here and should be popping up soon, well in the Workshop board at least.
Though he hasn't made any straights yet, his interest has been piqued. The first damask coochie he produces will be mine, all mine. Woohoooo!!!!!
