I think the sound quality has a lot to do with percieved criticisms, I couldn't understand anything you were saying, so i turned the sound off...
The others might have done the same, and not heard your explanations.
as for your grip, it looks akward to me, but I'm not the one using it.
Your beard looks a bit thin to me, and I agree your angle was steeper than I would go, but hey whatever works for you...
Some of your techniques might not work as well for someone with a thick or coarse beard.
