Not counting my shower first, about 20-25mins when taking my sweet time for 3 full passes but I do wear a mustache. About 8mins if I'm in a hurry and only need to *look* presentable for work instead of *feel* presentable to swmbo. Note, brush soaking is done while having the shower and stropping is not included as I take care of that whenever I have the time so it might be sometime during the day when the thought of which razor to use next comes up.

    Regards

about 15 minutes, not including shower time, but I also alternate between a goatee and a van dyke.

Beard preparation, stropping, shaving WTG and ATG, aftershave and cleaning the blade and brush: a bit less then 20 minutes. I sport a moustache, so that might save me some time.

i think everyone questioned this when they started. then about 45 min on 3 pass. now about 2 min stropping while shower warms up. then after shower about 10 min 2 pass start to finish, and another 3 min for cleanup and put up. like others i can get away with a 1 pass for less time, but don't prefer it.

Ok so that's probably the reason I have to re-lather so often, taking so long and it dries up. Looks like as I get better I'll be able to do it faster, not in a rush to get there though as it may come at the expense of part of my face if I do.
