Thread: Shaving in the AM or PM?

i have a hard time getting to bed at a normal hour.. for example right now.. 2:19 am.. i unwind with my shave, and in the am take a quick 5 min shower and go go go go.

but it really does help me to relax and sleep better.

and off to bed i go.

With my current night-job, I often shave after coming home from work (and a much needed shower.) Very relaxing after that job!

On weekends, I'll come out of vampire-mode and shave in the morning so I can have some semblence of a social life!

What an interesting question... I never really considered it. I just shave whenever I think I need to, without thinking of the time. I guess it usually falls into the PM though.

I always shave in the morning. I have a very precise routine and a very comprehensive wife... early morning tea while I prepare my weapons, then shower, then shaving (I never shave during my shower).
It is the best way for me to start a day.

I prefer to shave at night during the week because there is less time pressure and also, since I am still learning, it will allow my face time to heal (any cuts or burn) for several hours before I need to go to work. The downside is I sleep through many of those initial smoooooth hours, so on the weekends I prefer to shave in the morning and enjoy as much of the smooooothness as I can.

I try to shave every 1.5 days. This morning, tomorrow night, etc.

I shower and shave at night. My wife won't let me shave when my boys are awake because we are afraid that they will try to imitate me.

Although....one day when I can shave without getting razor burn or those ugly red bumps...at that time I will shave only in the morning...

I usually shave in the morning.

Straight Razor in the morning after a shower,
Followed by,
DE Razor after a shower before dinner.
