    A little stropping may help, but I get the same thing sometimes, after all it is usually the last place I shave. It may also be due to the infinite number of angles one must achieve to complete the process on the contours of the chin. If its a problem for you, I would suggest a good stropping before the shave to eliminate pulling and a sharp eye on technique. Watch those angles!
