    He seems to know what he is doing, though the lack of skin stretching means that either he has soft hairs, or doesn't mind a bit of pulling. Otherwise pretty solid technique.

    As for speed...
    I can shave faster than that. I'd even say much faster. But I virtually never do.
    I always shave at night. And what's the point of rushing a shave, since a shave should be a nice relaxing experience.

    Actually there is 1 reason why I'd rush a shave... But even then I still should take care to have a smooth chin

    I'd shave that fast, too, if I had hot soap burning my face.

    just to comment on the stropping - slow stropping seems to lead to inferior results for me, as well as a number of other more experienced people here who even conducted an experiment. Slow stropping is recommended when you start only, so that you don't damage something
