    I do own an electric trimmer for my goatee but not an electric shaver.

    I've got a trimmer for the hair, but no shaver. Maybe it's just experience, but I'm never running so late I can't grab a shave. I can get a passable, but hardly enjoyable, shave in less than 2 minutes. I figure that's why I've got a DE and a Shavette- they're time crunch proof (unless you slice yourself of course).
