I think that everything you are doing is helpful to clear your skin. The question is how much each of them is doing on its own. If you transitioned from an electric shaver to a straight, the difference in exfoliation would be more drastic than from other forms of wet shaving: cartridges or a double edge. I noticed that I also put now more emphasis on bear preparation than I did before so the results are obviously better now. Now that I use my won soap, I have absolute control on what is in it and I can make formulas that are specifically designed to suit my skin. I am not big into the post shave products because my skin, which is very temperamental, does not tolerate certain things. if yours is not, these treatments are designed to help your skin. Running also helps detoxing your skin and stimulate the sebaceous glands. The one thing to remember is that there are substantial differences in skin among people so what is good for you would not necessarily be good for others. If what you are doing is leading to improvements in your skin complexion, there is no reason to stop.

    Al raz.
