From the Nassur site:
Put the blade flat against the underside of the nose, and while rotating around the back as its axis, push towards the upper lip. Repeat untill the complete upperlip is ready. It is important to keep moving forward while rotating the blade, because you then prevent cuts. The blade touches the skin at a frightening 80 degrees during this Coup de MaƮtre.
Scary that, now the opposite is even scarier.

Thanked: 9Hahaha, that's awesome!
I do perform the pass, and I actually find that one of the easier parts of the shave. I hold the blade with both hands and push it from the lip to the nose carefully but with purpose
The hardest bits are under my jawline (where the hair grows in annoying directions), and either side of my top lip, where if I'm not careful I will end up leaking all over!

Thanked: 235My wife has always said I was crazy and now I find out I am also a fool. I have been doing this since I started, using the opposite hand to support the blade. Sometimes I even hold the blade still and move my head instead. It works well for me and is the only way to get those annoying whiskers under and just inside the bottom of my nostrils on the top of my lip. I thought it was a bit of cheating but it works for me.

Thanked: 2I find that if I shave the upper lip as my first thing (when the blade is freshly honed) it takes everything off smoothly. Then I move on to either cheek.

Thanked: 1262Ahh... march 2009. Good times. I shot an 84 at one of the local hacker courses and would soon ask my wife to marry me. I would soon find the perfect necro post image to use in threads like these too. Good times...Good Times.
