Thread: 30 Degree Angle for Shaving

What is the best way to check if you are holding the razor at the proper degree for proper shaving?

With my razors, the angle is determined by the razor, some shave better at steeper angles, some with less. The 30 degree is just a ball park IMO. You'll have to experiment to figure it out, just don't go 90 degrees. :twisted:

Try raising the spine about two spine-widths off of your face. Should make for the magic angle.
