    Given your situation,you might want to try showering with lukewarm water,or even a bit cool.It's the HOTness of the water that makes the fog.

    If you want to go high-tech(ready expensive) route, you can try a liquid called fog tech, or get some anti fog spray at a dive shop.

    Low-tech, rub some shampoo (as someone already suggested) or diluted dishwashing detergent on your mirror. Use only a tiny amount or you will get streaks.
