Well, I'm a big fan of the CBC Radio 2 station, which plays everything from folk to rock and then onto classical.
In the mornings though the station mostly plays stuff like The Hip, Kathleen Edwards, Melissa McClelland, and other Canadian folk-rock singer/songwriters. I just call it "shaving music."

Heck yeah, I blast it. Sometimes Jazz, Texas Country, or ZZ Top.

I'm a fan of just about all kinds of music. My favorite is country, so that's what's usually playing, but sometimes its rock, maybe even hip-hop or dance if the mood strikes me right. but I definately do enjoy the music while I shave once and a while. The only thing that sux is that when I work early and have to shave in the morning I can't play it cuz I don't want to wake my roommates.

I don't know...
Maybe because I am so new at this, the only music I hear is from the RAZOR cutting whiskers.
No distractions, nothing, YET...
I love that sound anyway.

Thanked: 335My razor sings, according to the advertising hype, full hollow and all, doncha know. Actually, it mumbles and grumbles more than it sings, but that's understandable as at that hour, as I grumble too - considering that dawn generally cracks after I lock the back door and am on the way to work.
I'm content to listen to the razor run through its litany of complaints. Were I to listen to an engaging and spirited piece of music I'd likely be inclined to keep time with whatever baton I had in my hand and thinking about what is in my hand, that tattoo would raise all manner of havoc.
Grumble on, singing razor, with your hoarse voice grumble on; mumble through the stubble. Leave the face to face the day.

I like listening to the Sabre dance while I shave. Hmm maybe that's why I nick myself so much. Its hard to kick up your heels while using a straight.

Have to admit it's classical. Some of it is very calming.
