Believe me, I'm not the kind of guy who saves nickels now only to piss away dollars later. I do my homework before I purchase anything. Us Yankees have a saying here, too...."You get what you pay for!"

I'm not out here trying to look for ways to save a buck to take the economical route. I will spend the money if I believe it's spent wisely. My goal is to understand all the ancillary things that come along with the "simple" act of shaving with a straight razor. I'm asking questions because I am a newbie who wants to learn.
