    Cool What do I wear

I have been looking at the post particularly the place where you guys live. I have the luxury of living in a semi tropical place: Miami Fl. My AC is almost always on except for a couple of months> Jan and Feb. but I do wear a T shirt and boxer shorts when I shave, and I do it for safety reasons. Shave On.

Same here, Rich. Commando from day 1. I just step out of the tub and lather up, no waiting period for me.

I shave with my towel. It's not so much for protection (though I suppose it does offer some) as convenience. I use the towel to dry my hands and razor if either gets wet during the shave.

I always shave with a towel. I just hop out the shower, dry off, except for my face of course, wrap it and shave. It's not so much for "his" protection, but in case one of the kids comes in and wants to ask me a question or something.

As for the cold, meh, I heat my house, not to mention I ride my bike 3.6 miles to work in sub-zero temperatures in the winter, so...

I've never been able even yet with my almost considerable, better than half, vast experience to get much of a shave with a towel. From reading here I understand that it works for many. Maybe I just haven't used the right hones on my towel.

    Some day, hmmm? Hopefully soon.

    So far:

    2 semi-clothed
    45 near-naked.

    I'm surprised by this.

I shall continue wearing my trousers and undershirt, safe in the knowledge that at least one of us here would be making their grandfather proud!
I love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!

Usually promptly from under the shower or out of the bath with or without towel, but I have shaven fully clothed.

A lot of us never let water or soap touch even the scales and most know how to make a sufficiently thick lather and apply it sprucely: as long as the beard does not descend too far down the neck, shirt and tie need not obstruct.
