Thanked: 1587I've shaved my chest with a straight - actually I do it fairly regularly. It is a bit tricky unless you use both hands. Also, stretching is just as important on the chest as it is on the face.
But, as others have said, don't just jump in and shave your chest with a straight until you are proficient at using a straight in the more mundane hair-producing regions. Learn how to hold it properly, how to stretch properly, the correct angles etc. I know you want to look cut up for your competitions, but I am sure it is not that kind of "cut" you are looking for!

Thanked: 11Thanks for the input!!!! I just had my first shave, was amazing! I have to learn to hold the razor with my left hand, as well as the harder areas like chin and mustache area. This is awesome fun! Cant wait till tomorrow to shave again lol

Thanked: 3Chest is easy to shave with a straight.
Try shaving your back with one.
You have to get the razor duct taped just right on the edge of the door so you can swing the door back and forth with the blade at just the right angle so as not to lose to much blood!
