If that's your only strop. As I said, Get another one for pastes, sprays etc..You don't want to paste your primary strop....Using pastes all the time will eventually round your edges...They should be used sparingly. Once an edge has been honed on paste, or touched up, The next time it dulls, you should take it to the rocks...(sharpening stones)

didnt you just have these honed by max?
