Eyes Wide Shut
I'm a night shaver so I (literally) just hopped out of the shower, got my shave prep finished, and thought, "Why don't I try shaving with my eyes closed." So, that's what I did. I gave myself a micro-nick under my bottom lip (been a long time since I've had a nick haha) and I will admit to opening my eyes form the cut right below each sideburn. However, every other blade-to-face and cut was "blind". I had to open my eyes for rinsing off the blade since I use a quick tap burst, but this was only a few times.
So, has anyone else done this before?

Thanked: 235I shave without my glasses, but it's not really blind. Just blurry.

You're crazy
I have a scar on my face...from when I was LOOKING
at what I was doing!
What's the point?!
As they say here in Tonga, "Too much stupid."

Now try holding the razor only with your toes while you shave. You must use a distorted mirror as well

Ummm - I have to admit, I spend all of my time stacking the shaving deck in my favor - this seems counterproductive to that goal for me.
I think I'll pass on this one.

Yeah I can barely shave with my eyes open and 20/20 vision and not get a nick! I guess if I really wanted to disfigure my face I might try this way of shaving. I'll leave the blind shaving to the professionals.

Thanked: 335claytor,
What an ispiration. One can shave anywhere: with mirror and eyes closed and without mirror and eyes open, or closed for that zen-like experience. You can shave in the dark in a closet, or in the livingroom while watching TV, or in the kitchen while having a bowl of cereal.
I, on the other hand, rely on a mirror - with open eyes - and still have a face. I feel this is good. The opinions of others may vary.
