    Hehe! Been there, done that..!

SWMBO asked me a question one morning a while back when I was shaving and I turned to answer her without moving the blade far enough away from my face. *sliiiiice*

Its easily done..! Hope you heal up quick mate!

One question though, how does mascara help a shaving cut...?

Come on guys, it just can happen.

I have far more scars from barbed wire than I ever will have from shaving with a straight razor.

But just a moment will do you in.

I don't know how, but recently my blade hung up. Result was a minor cut.

It has been many moons since I had a true cut, even a minor one. It just happens to every one at some time if they are honest.

I mean, look at what you are doing! Moving a truly 'razor sharp" object around your face. Sooner or later something is going to go south.

No your not going to cut off half your cheek or chin, or end up talking like a hair lip (politically incorrect statement), but these things (small cuts) are going to happen.

And Stubeear, that is why I am an anti-social shaver. My wife once stuck a mascara brush in her eye while I was shaving and let out a rather loud explicative! (Bless her heart, I love her to death,). Fortunately I didn't have the razor on my face at the time. But I learned/ I've been known to disconnect the telephone doing my shaves. I would suggest we all become anti-social where our shaves are concerned.

I'm as anti social as they come when it comes to my shave time.

Ha! Having grown up on a farm, I can relate to that, but I certainly have not given it a thought for a couple of decades!

Having grown up on Stations(Ranches?) and farms and having ridden a trail bike into a barb wire fence while mustering, I can also make the same statements...
