Nice find. There really are no set rules how anyone should shave, finding what works for you is the magic in this hobby. Those moments when you come across a solution, a way to make your shave smoother, more comfortable or just nicer are golden. I myself also cross a little, I shave atg (upward stroke) under the chin crossed, it's just what comes naturally to me.
