Thanks all for your well wishes. Actually, I got a staph infection (Stapholoccocus Lugdenensis (SP?)) which required a second surgery. The infection is still there so they have to remove the prosthesis, cement the joint, wait for a few months, and, if the infection has not reappeared, put a new prosthesis in place. Ugh...

Oh man that sucks. Stay on the anti-biotics. Home IV in a picc line? Stay positive. I know mobility sucks like this but in time it will be repaired.
