    Well, I take my hat off to you, sir. I've given myself a few nicks, cuts and burns here and there from time to time, learning to use a straight, but nothing like this! That's what I call perseverance, tenacity, doggedness and commitment!

    27. I was 26 when I started shaving w a straight and the main reason was cost.

    I'm 26 and the reason I started shaving was cost and to have something I could pass down to my son

    59. Will hit the big 60 this summer.

    I've been wet shaving for about 35 years. I only switched to straights 3 months ago.

    Good morning, I'm 53 and started shaving with str8s about 3 months ago. I look forward to shaving and find it very relaxing as well.

    Whoa! I wonder how much you have saved in cartridge blades..... or broken electrics alone, apart from getting a better shave. $4,000 maybe?
