I hear you bro, and you are not alone. It does make you crazy though doesn't it?

You could always take on a different aspect of the straight shaving experience such as making shave soaps or getting a pottery wheel and spinning your own scuttles.

Within the last month, I have acquired 6 razors, 5 of which need some TLC before they go into my rotation. The problem is I have neither the time nor the experience, or money to send them out to get my new gear into service, so they may sit unloved and unused for some time. On the plus side, I do have 9 or 10 shave ready straights to choose from on any given morning. But therein lies my other dilemma, I now rarely have time for a proper straight shave and lately have been resorting to my DE. Tomorrow morning, I am getting up at least a half hour earlier to enjoy a proper straight shave with a razor or two. One face, lots of razors, but not enough time is my problem

P.S. Grizzly1, I love your avatar! I grew up with Dobies and can't wait to have one in my life again soon. He/she is a beautiful dog.

Griz, you could master the technique by the honorable Lawsonstone of shaving twice/day. (I did today to test an edge).

You needn't suffer from mental illness - you can enjoy every minute of it!

I'm sorry I dont quite know what that is, and my whiskers don't grow fast enough to need a shave twice a day, although sometimes I wish they did.
