I only have one (shave ready) razor in my posession at the moment, a 5/8 Dovo Bismarck spike which I bought off Tony. I've used it daily for about the last 3 weeks, but I have several other razors somewhere in the mail or being worked on by various honemeisters.

I have 2 brushes, big and small. The big brush is a Vulfix 2234 which I use for creams, but since I don't use creams any more it doesn't really get used. The small brush which I use daily is a Simpson Duke 2, perfect for soaps.

Soap wise, my 'go-to' soap is currently AOS Lavender. I also have Proraso, and a couple of Mama-Bears soaps. For some reason I can't get on with the Mama-Bears soaps, not sure why but they don't often get used. I bought a bowl of Trumpers Sandalwood soap this morning which will be added to the rotation, as will the Tabac and Colleens Orange Patchouli when they arrive.

I'm in the same situation as 1adam12: Dovo 5/8, Burma-shave brush and Williams soap, every morning, because that's all I own.

When I first started shaving with a str8, I only used on the weekends because of time constraints in the morning. So I would normally use one of the various DE's during the week and str8 on the weekend. As far as soaps, creams, I use both and switch between them, whatever I feel like at the moment. I'm not a big brush person, although I do have 3 badger and one boar hair brush, but definately don't care to aquire to many more.

I recently decided I'm going to shave with a str8 every day and make the extra time. So at the moment, I'm using a rotation of 4 razors, although I find sometimes that I use one of them a few days in a row, or maybe switch everyday. So I'm not consistent, sometimes I rotate, sometimes I stick with the same razor for a few days or several days.

Another interesting thing is now I find myself not being able to go back to the DE, even if I don't have time. I either skip the shave until evening or take time anyway to shave with the str8. It's like I just can't seem to pick up that DE and shave with it. I'm getting such good shaves, I just can't go back.
