I have about 120 but most are in reserve and my usual rotation is among about 30 razors. Every now and then I'll go into my reserve for a "blast from the past".

7 in the rotation, twice that in the restore or sell pile.

I started with 2 and had them for a long time, right now I am getting more into expanding into a small collection.
I am adding quality blades (both brand and condition) when I can, I'll probably stop @ ~20.

5 in rotation, with one to be restored (or another bought and the 6th to be given away; the Revisor site beckons) with one DE. With Saturday being DE day, I only need six straights...

I currently have 7 with only 3 of those being shave ready. The remaining 4 are at various stages of honing/restoration as I'm learning to get an edge on them. Of course I want more but I'm at the point where I can be patient to find the next razor.

Straights have turned into a passion for me. I don't think 2 or 7 would be enough. I think if them as highly functional art. And totally enjoy the aesthetic

I'm at 7 right now. I don't think I'm anywhere near done though.

I used to keep a spreadsheet listing all my purchases, but I stopped that nonsense a while ago. Accordingly, I’ve lost count of how many razors I own (150? 200?). Many are in my garage still to be restored. But many are upstairs in shave ready condition (or near shave ready) that I work into the rotation every now and then. I originally bought all the razors in a crazy attempt to try as many makes as possible (crazy, huh?). Then I had the insane idea that I’d try my hand at restoring and reselling razors, causing my collection to grow even further. What I found out very quickly, though, is that I don't have as much free time as I thought I'd have. Hence a lot of razors that aren’t seeing much action. And the ones that I do manage to restore and hone I usually end up giving away to friends (which is more fun than selling them anyways). I'm actually trying to reduce the size of my collection, but RAD keeps interfering.
