I currently own a little over 200, but lately only one in Rotation its a 8/8 filly I have absolutely fallen for, just perfect irritation free shaves.

There's a blurry line between rotation and collection.

I have fourteen (14) in rotation - if you can call it that... I pick the one that strikes my fancy and shave. Sometimes I shave with a couple for weeks on end while others sit lonesome and bored, sometimes for months.

On the other hand I have a bunch (calling this a collection would be preposterous) sitting in cigar boxes, maybe a hundred and twenty (120) in different state of disrepair, that will be fixed/honed/restored/rescaled any day now, not counting the twenty (20) or so that have been cleaned, honed, used once and deemed not pretty/cool/nice enough to be in the "rotation" pouches.

I own four but in the past year or so I've pretty much settled on #1 (my grandfather's Dixie 5/8) as the "daily driver".
#2 (Dovo 5/8 full hollow) is the backup, ready to step in if I drop #1 or ding it on the faucet.
#3 (Dovo 5/8 half hollow) lives in the second bathroom, for occasional use when SWMBO and I have to get ready at the same time.
#4 (Dovo 6/8 full hollow) sits in the drawer most of the time - I got it to try out 6/8s and I've found I'm more of a 5/8 guy - but I'll pull it out every now and then just for fun.
They're all excellent shavers and I enjoy all of them, but if two of them disappeared I'd still be content. Don't touch my grandfather's Dixie, though - no amount of money could make me part with that.
I use only straights nowadays so I wouldn't want to have fewer than two usable razors.

I actually shave with 2 razors a day. I do my main WTG and ATG with a 8/8 revisor extra. And finish off those pesky area's with a 5/8 Dovo Bergischer Lowe. I used to have more razor's I shaved with but I eventually sold them and am sticking with my main 2 until after I get married this summer and have more money, stinking wedding saving! haha
