Thanked: 1195I say forget about WTG on your neck. Because my neck whiskers grow horizontally WTG isn't really practical (which sounds like your issue), so I will shave south to north, and then north to south, which is just two XTG passes in opposite directions. This provides as close to BBS as I want to achieve on a daily basis (very close, indeed) with no ill effects to my skin, and I do have sensitive skin. Try it and see if it works for you.

Great Advice! While I go North to South then South to North it gives me a very close shave with no irritation!
I've also found that when I'm doing the lower part of the sideburns if I REALLY Stretch the skin up toward the ear, and shave from the bottom of the ear to the chin, I can get a pass 'under the jawline' and that area ends up with a three pass shave. The rest only gets the two pass and it'll hold for 24 hrs or so!

+3 I agree great advice. But remember it is all advice. Not the word of God. Listen and if it sounds good try it. If it hurts don't do it.
I have tried many things that I have read here. I have rejected many more than I use. I think they were all good advice or I wouldn't have tried them.
To many people think that if the majority of people do it one way that that is the only way.

Thanks Tim!
I should have included that I Do Not believe in a complete BBS Shave! I believe in a Close Comfortable Shave! If there is a little bit left to be felt, so what! I firmly believe that our ancestors really didn't worry if they were going to have a BBS shave, they were more into 'beard reduction/removal'!
