How in the world were you able to capture the moment of my injury? I'm impressed [emoji1]

Still don't have complete motion or complete feeling, but it works fine. Worst part was that I was one-handed for 6 weeks, so couldn't use my straight. The day that I could actually manage real shaving again........PRICELESS!!!!

LOL considering how much damage I did, I have no reason to complain. I still have complete use of the finger, and I'm still shaving with straights. In fact, a Thomas Ellin in need of some TLC arrived in my mailbox today. I'll be posting it when I get home

LOL as do I. I'm at work right now, so all I can do is twiddle my thumbs for a couple hours and wait to rush home to my mailbox

ROFL I'm glad that I could both educate AND entertain with my (unfortunate) cat-like reflexes

Great tip is if you get a cut, use a little Polysporin or something like that, heals quicker and cleaner.....

With all the damage that I did, there was no way for that to heal quickly or cleanly. My ortho surgeon had to slice from tip to almost the base of the finger to effect the repairs. The actual cut that I made healed up pretty well with little scarring. It's the internal damage and the incision for the surgery that are still healing

And a third! This surely deserves an " honoris causa " mention.
