I really want to shave today, so last night I decided to hell with my thumb and stropped a razor.
Yes, as predicted it did open again, I didn't bleed everywhere but it was weeping. I forgot about my newly opened thumb after 15 minutes or so and grabbed myself an orange.
i started peeling that innocent looking peice of Florida's finest but it dawned on me immediatelly that I had made a huge mistake, I almost screamed.- - Steve
You never realize what you have until it's gone -- Toilet paper is a good example

Pinch it together, and put a small amount of super glue on it. It'll seal it, and keep it from splitting back open.
Just don't put an accelerate on it, as I did. !! That orange would have been more pleasant.Mike

I did (as my Dad would say) "that same fool thing" a year or so ago... probably 2. Drying a razor with TP and sliced it damn near in half. Cut the thumbnail and everything. I probably should have had it stitched up but if I got stitches every time I should I'd turn into 2.0 silk. My kids used to play count the scars on Daddy's head.
At least razor cut don't normally leave a bad scar.
That one is going to stick with you for a while. Hate that one for ya Steve.Iron by iron is sharpened, And a man sharpens the face of his friend. PR 27:17
