    Yeah I do. Years ago I was sideswiped by a Cadillac and went off my Schwinn Paramount. I slid about 10 feet on my elbow, ribs and thigh. Was wearing cutoff jeans and my pocket knife (closed) stuck in my thigh about a 1/2". The first thing I looked at was the bike. Fortunately it was alright. Lost skin on my ribs and elbow but no broken bones.

    My crash cost me dearly. My Litespeed frame was the only thing salvageable. The up side was, it made for a great opportunity to make the switch from DA to Record

    That event changed things for me a bit...I had my best racing year ever the next year.
