I can shave with one hand but prefer to use both,
I am ambidextrous in the almost true sense of the word (I do not do cursive well with my left).
I find that I get a closer shave and less irritation with my non dominant side.
I attribute this to less pressure more so than technique as I am still right side dominant by preference for most daily tasks.

I too am ambidextrous and can do most things either right or left handed, including writing cursive. Strange human trick alert.....
I can write with both hands at the same time. Both are legible and fairly similar. But I cannot write different things at the same same time.
One thing that I've noticed in this thread, is that there are quite a few shavers on here that are disabled. My hat is off to you gentlemen for saying yes, I can.
And just to clarify, I am not disabled. My injury was a dislocation to my elbow when I was younger. Everything functions normally, but I do get tingles in my left hand if I do repeated actions.

Gentlemen, I am right handed but I have switched hands from my first shave some yeas ago. And I am glad I did. For against the grain pass on the upper lip I use both hands — I figure my Hollywood face needs my nose in place.

I use my right hand only, left hand got a little to close for comfort with EOD stuff!
But I would give my right arm to be ambidextrous...Hur Svenska stålet biter kom låt oss pröfva på.
