Then why buy a rusted razor?
BTW I am intrigued by the goatskin bible, I may have to get one.Last edited by nun2sharp; 04-01-2013 at 02:46 AM.

I never would have questioned it, granted I have been accused of clinging to my Guns & Bibles.....

Thanked: 485Very nice. I agree about the quality thing. I tend to listen to the Bible (as I drift to sleep) rather than read it; normally I listen to Ecclesiastes, also the book of Job and I also listen to a lot of The Imitation of Christ, as well as The Song of Solomon. I also use a dip pen, and generally at work I use a 1950's fountain pen. I generally like anything old, apart from me that is, who is getting decidedly vintage and creaky around the joints of late...
Good to have you here, I think you'll fit in. It'd be great to have a conversation with you at a pub over a stout or two methinks...Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Thanked: 25You guys and your bibles. lmao. Anyway, congrats on the Boker. I want to pick one of those up eventually. I've seen some decent examples in antique stores just never had the extra cash to pick them up. Nice RIA as well. I used to have one myself and it was one of my favorite 1911's.
