As long as possible to be honest

Anything from about 15 minutes to a full 45 mins of pampering myself, depending on my mood and available time.

From the moment I lather my face to cold water rinse, three passes, I guess it is about 20-25 minutes. With a straight razor, of course.

The joys of being retired. There is absolutely no hurry. Shave time is my time. Just the shaving part, around 25-30 minutes. Have to have a sip of coffee now and then and adjust the volume on the stereo.

I'm only about 5 straight shaves in. First full shave took about an hour and a half. This morning's shave only took an hour

It takes me about 30 minutes, it would probably be a bit quicker if I didn't have to keep getting the alum out! I don't know if being a carpenter helps, as regards to holding a blade, angles, WTG, XTG and ATG...it all applies to wood!

With the straight razor about 45 mins from first stroke to rinse but I'm still a newb. If I cheat and use the Mach 3 for the difficult spots only about 20 mins.
