of Ponds Steel Works, Sheffield

1654 Company established.

1907 Incorporated as a limited company.

1914 High speed steel and tool steel manufacturers.

1937 Steel and engineers small tools.

The VR crown on the razor denotes its was made between 1837-1901, its definately before 1891, my guess would be around 1870.
