That is a lovely razor. Zak, how to apply the super glue without the blade also being glued ? Is unpinning an essential ? Forgive me if I'm asking the obvious, I am just not compfortable with repinning at this stage of my game.

If I were doing it, I'd just unpin, glue, repin.

However, it should definitely be possible to squeeze the two pieces of scale back together with a vise (gently!) and then put a single, tiny drop of thin superglue onto the crack. It'll wick down in. The horn will be bonded much, much more strongly than the horn to the steel, so even if it's glued to the scales, gently working it loose shouldn't be a problem.
