And I took out the old toothbrush I use for cleaning razors, and some tried and true toothpaste and gave it a quick scrub and took a SOTD type pic with it....this was a nice surprise!

Some toothpaste is a mild abrasive so it works good for polishing up things!
I find toothpaste works pretty well for an initial cleaning, this turned out very nice, scales are good, so it's a polish and a honing......very pleased with this, not bad for $68.00!!Quote:
