    Default My New Addition

Approximately three years ago, I decided to get into straight razor shaving.
After all the research, the one thing I decided was that I would acquire two, maybe three razors and no more.

This creation from Max Sprecher has just been added. The blade measures 7/8 with Cocobolo scales and a barbers notch. Look closely and you will see the blade will rest on aluminum lined scales.
Faux ivory is used as a spacer.

To date, I now have a bit more than three razors in my collections and I love using every one. However, this one is very special.

    Stay well all.

That's a nice one you lucky dog! No one would have believed the "only 3 razor" story anyhow :<0)
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Yeah, I remember when I thought getting into straight razors would be a money saver. Plays out nicely on paper... Congrats on the new razor, I'm sure it will be a fine piece of hardware.

Back when I first started shaving with a str8 I thought two would be plenty. Yea, right! RAD kicked in and 50 razors later.......................

Max's work is always perfection, both in craftsmanship and shaves. Enjoy.
