    Very true, I've had four different Coticules that completely differed in feel and grit, they probably varied between 7k-10k+. I've had three different C12k's, two of which were very good and one being 8k-9k (little improvement over norton 8k), Escher's seem to be the most consistent of the naturals I've had. My C12K from the Polish seller on Ebay beats all but one of the Escher's I've had as far as smooth edges go. YMMV

    I just ordered the one from Woodcraft yesterday but I have the Ebay one saved in my watch list & I might just get that one also.
