That's some good information to know Wullie. I'm going to save that. I have a switchblade from Milano that needs new scales on it. The safety also broke off of it so I need to remove those old plastic scales off it, make a new safety & some new scales. I have several materials I can use, black horn, dark honey horn, rams horn, bleached white bone & I have some cocobolo coming. You can't see the slot that the safety slid up & down but it's there. I think the cocobolo would look good on it.
