    Default Rodgers WR with full blade etching

    I picked this up for surprisingly cheap. A Joseph Rodgers, 1830-37, with full blade etching: both blade faces, both tangs, and spine, nearly the entire available surface.

    I have a F Fenney similar but this one is much nicer. I've never seen one with a lot of etching like that one. it's such a beauty!!!!!!!

    GREAT blade ya found.......
    Looks pretty clean.... I can't wait to see what the finished product is going to look like......
    Ivory scales would be top choice for those!

    Same here. It appears to be a royalty blade, I think William Rex which I believe was around 1831-1837 but I could be wrong.
